Yoga Moves MS is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that seeks to increase the quality of life for individuals with neuromuscular conditions including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, and stroke by providing Adaptive Yoga Moves Any Body classes within an empowering, safe, and supportive community. Holistic health and mindfulness practices are integrated into all of our educational offerings.
This training offers the foundations of teaching adaptive yoga for individuals with neuromuscular conditions. Yoga Moves MS offers LIVE and in person trainings to complement this training.
